8. I highly recommend that you take 20 minuets to eat. It takes your brain 20 minuets to tell your brain that you are no longer hungry.

9. Enjoy at least once treat a week. This does not mean have a box of donuts all at one time. Eat one donut a week.

10. Make extra work. What do I mean by this? Take the longer walk to the office today. Take the stirs instead of the elevator. More physical activity when you are in fact trying to lose weight.
