		<description>Really, the reason not to go on a strict reducing diet while breastfeeding is that you will mobilize a lifetime of toxins in your fat stores and give them to your baby. By eating around 2000 calories a day, you will naturally lose weight (!) while breastfeeding and at the same time keep your baby safer from the consequences of living in our modern (and somewhat polluted) world.</description>
