During that chat you should ask about what you think they see as a realistic goal for you with a timeframe and what they see as your program consisting of.  Make sure that there is enough variety in the program that you won&#039;t get bored.  Make sure there is no &quot;steady state cardio&quot; built in as that is just a waste of time.  Make sure they will change your workout in 6 weeks.</description>
