Health Tips - The Warning Signs of Heart Attack or Stroke
Heart attack:
- Pain that doesn’t go away with rest
- pain may be in the chest, neck, jaw, shoulder or arm
- pain may be a feeling of burning, heaviness, tightness, squeezing or pressure
- Shortness of breath - difficulty breathing
- Nausea, vomiting or indigestion
- Sweating - cool, clammy skin
- Paleness
- Fear, anxiety, denial
- General weakness
Stroke:

Weakness - sudden weakness or numbness in the face, arm or leg

Trouble speaking - sudden, temporary loss of speech or ability to understand speech

Vision problems - sudden loss of vision or double vision

Headache - sudden severe or unusual headache

Dizziness - sudden loss of balance
