Heart attack:
- Pain that doesn’t go away with rest
- pain may be in the chest, neck, jaw, shoulder or arm
- pain may be a feeling of burning, heaviness, tightness, squeezing or pressure
- Shortness of breath – difficulty breathing
- Nausea, vomiting or indigestion
- Sweating – cool, clammy skin
- Paleness
- Fear, anxiety, denial
- General weakness
Stroke:

Weakness – sudden weakness or numbness in the face, arm or leg

Trouble speaking – sudden, temporary loss of speech or ability to understand speech

Vision problems – sudden loss of vision or double vision

Headache – sudden severe or unusual headache

Dizziness - sudden loss of balance
